This strategic position is essential for creating, putting into practice, and overseeing HR and operational frameworks that support our goal of transforming Africa via leadership, creativity, and innovative education. The manager will be in charge of creating a revolutionary people strategy that puts culture and shared values first, supports employees, and promotes learning, development, engagement, and career transition programs.
• Strategic Development of People and Culture: Create and implement people initiatives that improve the company's culture by encouraging a feeling of community, connection, and purpose. Put in place initiatives and procedures that encourage employee involvement, performance, and career advancement. Contribute to leadership's thinking by combining employee input to inform strategic choices. Oversee the creation and execution of learning and development initiatives for the whole company. • Leadership and Organizational Integration: Assist the corporation in incorporating conversations about identity, ethnicity, and power into its external interactions and corporate culture. Keep abreast of and incorporate cutting-edge, successful coaching and development techniques. Encourage a culture of continuous development by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and communication among innovative individuals and organizational culture practices. • Leadership in Operations and Departments: Lead the development and implementation of the operations and human resources departments. Create operational and HR plans that boost output and advance company's strategic objectives for all of its businesses. Oversee daily operations, making sure they are in line with strategic objectives and that resources are allocated effectively. • Management of Talent and Performance: To draw in and keep top people, take the lead in talent acquisition and retention initiatives. Create and oversee a strong performance management system that reflects the ideals of the company.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline is required; a master's degree is highly encouraged. • Eight years or more of progressive HR expertise, with a strong emphasis on starting from scratch to create HR departments and operational processes. • Thorough familiarity with Ghana's labour laws and compliance requirements. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. • Demonstrated proficiency in creating departments and systems from the ground up. • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. • Excellent project management abilities, able to oversee several projects with precision. Strong coaching, leadership, and mentoring skills.
