The Social Media Manager will be in charge of organizing, overseeing, and producing content for all of our social media channels. In order to improve our online brand presence and successfully engage our audience, this full-time, onsite position requires daily teamwork.
• Boost Brand Visibility: Through efficient social media account management, raise awareness of and support for the company's objective. • Data-Driven plans: To successfully reach and engage a variety of audiences, create and execute social media plans based on performance indicators. • Content Creation and Scheduling: Oversee the development, planning, and scheduling of social media material to guarantee that it complies with best practices and organizational objectives. • Community Engagement: Encourage an active online community by interacting with followers, answering questions, and working with partners and organizations that share your values. • Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of newsletters and social media using analytics, offering suggestions for enhancements. • Brand Consistency: Use policies, processes, and templates to keep your brand voice consistent and expert across all digital channels. • Creative Campaigns: Create and carry out sponsored social media marketing campaigns while using analytics to maximize outcomes and guide next projects. • Multimedia material Production: To improve narrative, produce or assist in the creation of captivating multimedia material, including images, graphics, and videos. • Trend Monitoring: Keep up of social media best practices and trends to make sure the business is utilizing creative and successful strategies. • Internal Cooperation: Provide frequent updates on performance data and insights while collaborating closely with internal teams to match content with organizational goals.
• A bachelor's degree or comparable job experience is necessary, as is substantial expertise managing social media. • Extremely self-motivated, analytical, meticulous, and well-organized. • Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities in English, including the capacity to modify complicated content to meet the demands of social media. • The capacity to contribute to a high-functioning team with speed and efficiency. • The capacity to assume project ownership and proactively and transparently inform stakeholders on project statuses. • The capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while managing several objectives and meeting deadlines. • The capacity to create assets, obtain permissions, and involve a variety of internal stakeholders in order to autonomously create and manage a content schedule. • Shown proficiency with image editors and graphic design tools like Canva.
