Overview

To manage all F&B operations at our esteemed hotel in Accra, we are looking for a vibrant and seasoned Director of Food & Beverage. In our varied restaurant, bars, events, and conference spaces, you will be in charge of providing outstanding guest experiences, optimizing profits, and upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Motivate your staff to provide outstanding service and produce unforgettable dining experiences. • Create and execute creative F&B ideas that increase revenue and improve visitor pleasure. • Assure seamless and effective operations while upholding the highest standards of hygienic practices and quality in all F&B establishments. • Effectively manage spending plans, cut expenses, and increase revenue. • Establish a culture that values individualized attention and goes above and beyond for visitors.

Requirements

• Proven team-building and leadership abilities: the capacity to guide, inspire, and coach a varied group of people. • Expertise in company strategy and financial savvy, including a solid grasp of financial analysis, cost control, and budgeting. • Enthusiasm for providing outstanding guest service. • Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and speaking. • The capacity to recognize and successfully address operational difficulties. • Current understanding of F&B laws, best practices, and trends. • A bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a similar discipline. It helps to have a master's degree. • More than five years of ever more successful F&B management expertise in a global hotel setting.
