Building and maintaining connections with clients, helping to meet sales goals, and assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns are the main responsibilities of the position.
• Help put corporate client-focused sales strategies into action in accordance with business goals. • In the corporate sector, actively seek for and seize new business prospects. • To guarantee customer retention and satisfaction, cultivate and maintain connections with designated corporate clients. • Keep in touch with clients on a frequent basis to learn about their needs and offer customized solutions. • Assist in the development and negotiation of client contracts and agreements. • To preserve solid relationships, make sure that client questions and concerns are promptly addressed. • Assist the manager of sales and marketing in reaching company sales goals. • Monitor team and individual performance indicators and offer suggestions for enhancement. • Create regular updates and sales reports for the manager of sales and marketing. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan corporate marketing initiatives and sales strategies. • Participate in the creation of marketing strategy and collateral based on customer input. • Make sure that sales campaigns and more general marketing objectives are in line. • To find client preferences and industry trends, do some basic market research. • To strengthen the company's position in the market, keep an eye on rival activity and offer comments. • Help in creating reports for management that include information on market prospects, sales performance, and customer feedback. • Make recommendations for improving sales and marketing tactics based on data.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. • At least three to five years of sales or marketing experience, ideally in the business or health insurance industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Shown capacity to establish and sustain connections with clients. • Outstanding analytical and organizing abilities. • Competence with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
