WordPress Web flow Designer

Overview

You will create aesthetically pleasing, intuitive websites that blend style and utility as a WordPress/Web flow Designer. In order to provide designs that improve user engagement, increase conversions, and support overall business growth, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Using WordPress and Web flow, create visually appealing, responsive websites that offer a consistent user experience on all platforms. • Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for landing pages and websites. • To help guide design choices, do usability testing, competitive analysis, and user research. • Work together with marketing teams to match campaign tactics and conversion objectives with website designs. • Make landing pages that are geared towards increasing sales, brand exposure, and lead generation. • To find and apply data-driven design enhancements, track and evaluate website performance indicators. • Make sure webpages load quickly and are optimized for search engines. • Collaborate with developers to preserve design integrity while converting designs into useful websites. • Keep abreast on the most recent developments and industry best practices in user experience and web design.

Requirements

• At least three to five years of web design expertise, along with a portfolio of visually appealing and responsive websites. • A bachelor's degree in marketing, web design, or a similar discipline (or comparable experience) is required. • Proficiency with Web flow and WordPress, with a thorough awareness of both platforms' advantages and disadvantages. • Proficiency with design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. • Strong understanding of online usability guidelines and responsive design concepts. • Rudimentary knowledge of front-end development (basic JavaScript, HTML, and CSS). • Understanding of marketing concepts, such as SEO, lead creation, and conversion rate optimization. • Familiarity with web performance and user behavior tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
