Content Developer

Overview

Creating and producing instructional design, technical writing, written communication, and content for a variety of agency projects will fall within the purview of the content developer.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. • Create educational materials, e-learning modules, and training resources that are both effective and engaging for target audiences. • Produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, user manuals, and guides for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure all written content maintains a consistent tone, style, and brand voice while effectively conveying key messages. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content strategies and develop content for a variety of projects within the agency. • Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Technical Writing and Content Development • Strong writing and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in instructional design Capacity to collaborate with others and adhere to deadlines • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is preferred, as is prior experience creating digital content.
