Key Account Manager

Overview

The Key Account Manager will oversee client relations, create sales strategies, keep an eye on competition information, and make sure business regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and diversify connections with current and new clients by creating medium- and long-term sales plans. • Decide on price plans and reply to major tenders with RBM's permission. • Assure timely payment of client bills and adherence to invoicing regulations. • Organize training courses and handle complaints as part of your after-sales support. • Through market operations, increase the organization's visibility in areas that produce cocoa. • Find and oversee chances for recurring business, upgrades, and cross-selling with current clients. • Address client concerns and guarantee excellent service. • Create expansion and retention plans to propel lucrative operations. • Work along with the supply chain manager to effectively handle order withdrawals from plantations and oversee stock rotation. • Give precise stock projections to guarantee prompt product availability. • Keep an eye on rival activity, market developments, and the financial standing of important players in the cocoa industry. • Work with the R&D team to plan and direct experiments and demonstrations. • Verify compliance with reporting obligations, SHE standards, and internal rules. • Continue to report on sales activity and market insights in a timely and correct manner.

Requirements

• A master's degree in industrial engineering, business, or agriculture, or its equivalent. • Three years or more of effective experience in a comparable role. • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ERP systems. • Proficiency in negotiating and sales strategies. • Knowledge of industrial sales and product attributes. • Understanding of agricultural input R&D procedures. • Knowledge of growth and client retention tactics in the cocoa industry.
