A Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs aimed at improving the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees.
• Exhibits a highly motivating, dynamic, and engaging training approach that guarantees learning retention and application. • Recognizes and accommodates various learning methods • appropriately handles participants and disruptive behaviors • assisting HRBPs and line managers in creating and maintaining a comprehensive central picture of leadership potential and making sure that each of these leaders has a well-documented personal growth and career plan • builds solid connections with Group & market leadership & talent leads to exchange best • Participate in and have an impact on the global L&D community while designing and developing global projects. • Oversees the training facility, tools, training materials, outside facilitators, and guest speakers to make sure programs operate well. • Controls delivery in accordance with the timetable • Gets ready to conduct training and makes sure the material is current and applicable. • Develops and provides methods for assessing training initiatives. • Examines and evaluates programs that are delivered independently, and responds to criticism. Actively keeps up the professional and specialized knowledge needed to provide precise and up-to-date learning solutions. • Reports to the appropriate parties and provide pertinent and accurate feedback on course participation. • Communicate with the L&D team to make sure that all of the course materials are current. • Gives all business divisions’ access to core resources.
• An HR professional certification or a first degree or its equivalent, such as a master's degree, may be advantageous. • Five years of work experience, two of which must have been in a related position. • The capacity to measure and evaluate training needs; the ability to create and collect training materials • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Creative Thought. • Adopt Efficiency. • Management of Stakeholders • Presentation and facilitation abilities • Budget preparation and oversight • A Love of Lifelong Learning
