Overview

A proactive, results-oriented, and seasoned retail sales manager is what we are looking for right now for a position.

Responsibilities

• The ability to consistently reach sales objectives (cases and premiums) by hiring, training, and managing a sufficient and high-quality workforce. • A specialist in prospecting, scheduling appointments, generating leads and referrals, closing deals, planning and executing institutional presentations, and conducting sales activations. • Strong management and sales leadership abilities in reaching predetermined sales KPIs. • The capacity to do research, generate fresh concepts, design successful sales tactics, and carry them out successfully so the team can reach monthly and yearly goals. • An astute sales strategist, controller, executor, and business development expert • Reviewing proposal forms properly and submitting them on time • Demonstrate adept sales techniques and first-rate customer service. • Timely, precise, and high-quality reporting

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or insurance-related professional qualification • Two years or more of experience in a sales leadership position • Emotional intelligence and effective people management • To succeed in the job, one must be able to hire skilled agents, support them in the field, and manage a sales staff of over 10. • Strong interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities (both verbal and nonverbal) • The capacity to establish positive connections, network, and facilitate commercial transactions • Adept in making wise decisions, providing answers, and forecasting sales • Computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
