The sales executive will be in charge of prospecting, showing items to prospective customers, negotiating contracts, and completing agreements, among other daily sales-related duties.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies. • Promote the company’s products to clients, ensuring they are informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to maximize sales. • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management for strategic decision-making. • Identify and pursue potential new clients or markets, expanding the company’s customer base and increasing market share in the FMCG sector.
• A valid driver's license is required. • Presentation, negotiation, and sales abilities • Skills in Customer Relationship Management • Knowledge of the food sector or a similar subject • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Capacity to operate in a fast-paced setting • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline
