Overview

The ideal applicant will be extremely well-organised, meticulous, and have excellent communication abilities. To ensure the smooth operation of several events, the position necessitates a combination of marketing knowledge and practical event organisation.

Responsibilities

• Market and advertise the event venue to prospective customers. • To promote the location and establish connections, stop by nearby companies, event coordinators, and other associations. • Create and put into action marketing plans to boost event reservations, such as direct outreach, internet marketing, and going to pertinent industry events. • Create specialized conference and meeting packages that accommodate various event kinds, such as social gatherings, weddings, conferences, and corporate meetings. • Work together with customers to comprehend their event requirements and offer tailored solutions. • Help customer’s select suitable event packages that include décor, audio-visual equipment, food, and other services. • Throughout the event planning process, act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions and guaranteeing clear communication. • Oversee event logistics, such as personnel coordination, scheduling, and making sure all services are provided. • Make sure that all required resources are available by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and vendors. • Make sure everything goes according to plan by supervising the setup, execution, and takedown of the event.

Requirements

• Shown event planning expertise with a heavy emphasis on operational and marketing duties. • Outstanding multitasking and organizing skills. • Strong negotiating and communication abilities. • Imaginative, creative, and meticulous in their thinking. • Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. • The capacity to oversee several tasks at once and perform well under duress. • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to meet evolving client demands. • A customer-focused strategy and the capacity to establish and preserve solid connections.
