To guide our sales team in establishing and preserving connections with executive clients, hitting sales goals, and overseeing team performance, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Channel Sales Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recognize the needs of your clients and provide specialized assistance and solutions to increase client satisfaction. • To guarantee complete coverage of sales activities, plan and oversee sales reps' schedules. • Using online searches, digital tools, and business directories, conduct research and find fresh leads. • Accurate reporting and timely follow-up are ensured by receiving and tracking sales leads. • Oversee and assist salespeople in achieving and surpassing their personal and group sales goals. • To increase sales conversion, respond to consumer questions and make sure prospective leads are followed up with. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to monitor performance indicators and make sure objectives are reached. • Make certain that sales goals and quotas are regularly fulfilled. • To help the sales staff grow and surpass their sales targets, offer them coaching and support.

Requirements

• A master's degree or above in business administration, sales and marketing, or a similar discipline. • More than three years of experience in the cement, steel, or similar industries. • strong interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities. • Readiness to travel as required. • The capacity to take important, quantifiable steps to boost operations and sales.
