Overview

We are seeking a Finance and Office Manager to manage the business's operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, statutory filings and remittances, invoicing, and payments for a small business and its sister company.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly payroll advice slips using our web-based platform. • Create quarterly and monthly financial position reports for the company. • Put all earnings and outlays in the appropriate category. • Payroll payments can be released by cheque, mobile money, bank transfer, or as specified. • Compile and submit a variety of statutory reports, including SSNIT, WHT, VAT, and PAYE. • For payments, send letters in copy to the contractor to the relevant statutory bodies and banks. • Use Zoho Books software to handle your books. • Finding funding sources and submitting grant applications for our nonprofit division • Putting forward ideas to obtain sponsorships

Requirements

• Accounting, finance, and bookkeeping experience Analytical and meticulous • Able to work on-site from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. • Resides in or close to Accra's Adjiringanor • Punctual and having a strong attendance record • Owning a laptop computer is essential. • Developed leadership abilities
