As a UI/UX expert with a focus on websites, you will create intuitive, eye-catching user interfaces that prioritise the user journey and complement marketing tactics to increase engagement, conversions, and overall business expansion.
• Create dynamic, responsive websites that offer a consistent user experience on all platforms. • Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for landing pages and websites. • To help guide design choices, do usability testing, competitor analysis, and user research. • Work collaboratively with marketing teams to match campaign tactics and conversion objectives with website designs. • Make landing pages that are geared towards increasing sales, brand exposure, and lead generation. • To increase user experience and conversion rates, examine website performance indicators and apply data-driven design changes. • Make sure websites load quickly and are optimised for search engines. • Collaborate with developers to make designs a reality while making sure they complement marketing objectives and user purpose.
• Experience: At least three to five years of website UI/UX design experience, with a solid portfolio of completed projects. • Education: a bachelor's degree in marketing, web design, or a similar discipline (or comparable experience). • Proficiency with design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. • Being proficient in WebFlow WordPress is a significant benefit. • Strong knowledge of online usability guidelines and responsive design concepts. • Familiarity of front-end programming concepts (a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous). • Strong grasp of marketing principles, such as SEO, lead generation, and conversion rate optimisation. • Strong grasp of marketing concepts, such as lead generation, sales funnels, and user acquisition.
