The marketing officer will be in charge of establishing campaigns, managing digital platforms, assessing market trends, and formulating and executing marketing plans.
• Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans that align with the company’s goals, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and scheduling of content for various media platforms, including social media, websites, and traditional media. • Audience Engagement: Analyze target audience behavior to enhance engagement, reach, and retention through tailored campaigns and interactive activities. • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience preferences to guide marketing decisions and improve campaigns. • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with content creators, sales teams, and other departments to align marketing efforts with company objectives and projects. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives using analytics tools, preparing reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in advertising, marketing, or a similar discipline • Excellent familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Proficiency in data analysis and market research interpretation • When creating marketing strategies, creativity and original thinking are crucial. • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline • Knowledge of marketing software and Microsoft Office • Excellent project management and attention to detail abilities
