Field Sales Officer

Overview

To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Promoter. The chosen applicant will be in charge of using a mobile fintech application to market and sell auto insurance products. In order to increase sales and meet revenue goals, you will represent our organization as a Field Sales Promoter by interacting with prospective clients at their locations.

Responsibilities

Market and sell the auto insurance products that are available via our fintech mobile application. 
Interact with prospective clients in client locations, such as auto dealerships, auto repair shops, and other pertinent places.
To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, cultivate and preserve a favorable rapport with clients and consumers.
Inform clients of the characteristics and advantages of our auto insurance policies while responding to any queries or worries they might have. 
To effectively overcome objections and close sales, apply sales methods and strategies. 
Accurately gather and preserve records of all sales activity, including lead generation, revenue, and customer contacts.

Work together with the sales team to create and carry out sales plans in order to hit or surpass sales goals. 
To maintain a competitive edge in the market, be informed on advancements in the industry, rival activity, and new product releases.
Respect corporate rules and procedures at all times while representing our organization in a favorable and professional manner.

Requirements

Solid sales experience, ideally in the financial services or insurance sectors. 
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to establish relationships and interact productively with clients.
Strong persuasive and negotiating abilities, proven ability to meet sales goals.
Capacity to operate autonomously, pro-actively, and with a great degree of drive and motivation. 
It is advantageous to have knowledge of technology-driven sales processes and mobile financial applications. 
Willingness to go within the designated region to customer sites. 
A high school degree or its equivalent is required; further training or certification in sales or a similar profession is advantageous. 
A current driver's license and access to a dependable car for client site trips.
