Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and forming strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a market analysis to find possible business prospects. • Develop and implement growth initiatives to increase the company's market share. • Develop and maintain good relationships with both current and new clients. • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' problems and delivering appropriate solutions. • Identify and pursue leads to meet sales targets. • Create and deliver captivating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth project execution. • Track, analyse, and report on important performance indicators. • Stay current with industry changes and competing offerings. • Represent Bluestone at industry events, trade exhibits, and networking events.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or materials engineering. • 2-5 years of post-university experience in sales, business development, or similar roles. • Proven track record of reaching or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presenting abilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • The ability to form and maintain long-term professional partnerships. • Proficiency with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
