Overview

Fleet clients are directly sold new cars by the Fleet Sales Executive. To meet all types of transportation demands, the sales executive will collaborate with the corporate community, governmental organizations, and political subdivisions. In addition, the Sales Associate is in charge of developing a program for referrals and repeat business.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service while looking for ways to win over new clients or encourage repeat business. Case processing, handling intricate inquiries, and looking into and fixing client issues are a few examples of possible responsibilities. 
Assist in keeping an eye on and reviewing dealers' actions and performance in order to spot and address any non-compliance with company guidelines and OEM standards.
Look for ways to connect customers' demands with other items or services the company offers during sales encounters. 
To create typical reports, extract and merge data. 
When a fundamental issue is escalated, respond to it right away and correctly; obtain managerial permission as needed. 
Sell straightforward goods and services to clients while adhering to established procedures. 
May also, or alternatively, entail giving a sales staff back-office assistance.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Relevant field of study preferred.

3+ years of automotive sales experience.

Proven experience in the field of automotive customer relations and marketing.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

 Understands Buying Influencer Needs 

 Action Planning 

 Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required to uncover clients' explicit needs and/or unforeseen opportunities and challenges. 

 Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required to articulate the customer needs in the customer's business language and business context. 

 Strong verbal and written communicator. 

 Excellent phone and presentation skills. 

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

 Knowledge of SAP is an additional advantage.
