Warehouse Officer

Overview

Seeking a warehouse officer to make sure that materials are received in the proper quantity, quality, and time, and to make sure that the pipeline bins are fed in order to make putaway easier for production.

Responsibilities

• Verify the products' quality, quantity, and condition upon delivery to make sure they are delivered to the business exactly as ordered. • To regulate the shipment of goods by making certain that only authorised and released items are shipped from the warehouse. • To guarantee that all goods in the warehouse, including raw, packaged, semi-finished, and finished materials, are stored safely by conducting spot checks, maintaining proper housekeeping, and identifying hazardous working conditions and procedures. • To create, maintain, and update correct records of stocks, issues, and dispatches in order to give management trustworthy information about the stocks and conditions of items in the warehouse at all times. • As required by internal customers, make sure that healthful supplies are continuously supplied in the appropriate quantities and without delay. • Reduce expenses by making sure items are handled and stored properly to reduce damage losses. • To train storekeepers on the job, inspire them, and establish discipline to increase their performance. • Creates shift plans for employees who are supervised and makes sure they are productive. • Work together with customers and transporters to arrange for the delivery of goods and the shipment of completed goods.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, regardless of field • One year of operations management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Knowledgeable about the trends and difficulties facing the food industry • Possesses leadership qualities, is a cooperative team player, and has a safety-conscious attitude. • Observant, analytical, and Simple Math
