Employability Coach

Overview

To expand our team, we are looking for a creative and seasoned Employability Coach. You will play a critical role in recruiting, advising, and assisting our learners in obtaining fulfilling work as an Employability Coach. Your main duty will be to offer individualized coaching and mentoring, helping people acquire the abilities and self-assurance needed to succeed in the labor market.

Responsibilities

Oversee the complete admissions process, from the submission of applications to enrollment, to guarantee that potential students have a seamless and effective experience.
Conduct coaching sessions with individuals and groups to evaluate the strengths, areas for growth, and career aspirations of the learners.
For every learner, create a customized career development plan that outlines specific actions that will improve their employability. 
Conduct training sessions and workshops on networking, job search tactics, interviewing, and resume construction.
Keep up with employment market needs and industry changes in order to provide learners current, pertinent guidance.
Work together with other instructors and experts in career development to include employability skills into the curriculum.
Observe and track students' progression while giving them regular feedback and modifying their career development goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in career counseling, human resources, education, or a related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a career coach, employability coach, or similar role.

Strong understanding of current job market trends, industry requirements, and employer expectations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions.

Familiarity with various career assessment tools and resources.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
