Overview

You will need to deliver exceptional customer service to the clients in order to be considered as an ideal candidate. Additionally, you will need to keep an eye on and evaluate the KPIs and performance measures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and Customer Relationship Management software is essential for success as a Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities

Creating and putting into practice customer relationship management plans. • Overseeing and preserving the client's portfolio of accounts. • Ensuring the achievement of performance and sales targets. • Maintaining continuous contact with the clients. • Suggesting creative solutions to customers. • Finding leads and promoting goods and services. • Acting professionally when interacting with clients and customers. • Keeping an eye on KPIs and performance measures. • Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and clients. • Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and service. • Providing important clients with continuing support. • Collaborating with the members of the marketing and sales teams. • Creating monthly reports about strategy and sales. • Keeping abreast with market developments and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field. • A relevant role in the sales department or prior experience as a strategic account manager. • Extensive familiarity with and understanding of CRM programs, including Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho, and others. • Knowledge and expertise in account management. • The capacity to travel as required. • The capacity to function in a group setting. • Outstanding oral and written communication abilities. • Exceptional negotiating and sales abilities. • Familiarity with and comprehension of sales performance indicators. • A customer-focused person. • Understanding and comprehension of customer relationship management techniques. • The capacity to manage several tasks at once. • The capacity for effective time management.
