Overview

It will be your responsibility to fulfil sales goals by efficiently engaging clients to buy the company's goods and services through inbound and outbound calls and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with order placement, payment processing, and transaction management. • Find ways to suggest more goods or services that fit the needs and tastes of your clients in order to upsell and cross-sell them. • Make sure orders are processed accurately and let customers know when products are available. • To develop a just and suitable solution, listen to consumer grievances and concerns with empathy. • When dealing with challenging clients, keep your composure and speak in a professional manner. • Use the business's customer relationship management (CRM) system to record customer contacts and problems. • Keep up with the features, advantages, costs, and changes of all subsidiary company’s goods and services. • Be professional when taking phone calls. • Engage persuasively to convert leads and meet sales goals.

Requirements

• a minimum of a diploma in business, marketing, agriculture, or a similar discipline. • proficiency with CRM software and computer programs. • the capacity to persuade, negotiate, and reach monthly goals. • The ability to labour on a shift basis at irregular hours. • strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • a strong command of the written and spoken English language. • Speaking more than one language is advantageous. • a noteworthy amount of experience in a comparable position. • the capacity to function both with and without supervision under pressure. • Must be able to begin work right away.
