Overview

We are looking to add a mature, amiable and positive Employer Partner Strategist to our team. The perfect applicant will provide our Fellows and employer partners with an amazing experience. You will act as an internal contact for our partners and represent our brand. Together with being driven and confident, you also need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Reliability, growth motivation, and good multitasking abilities are necessary in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a thorough employer relationships plan to improve Blossom Academy graduates' employment prospects.

Locate, approach, and interact with prospective employers to build successful alliances and joint ventures.

Establish trusting bonds with important industry players and get to know their preferences and demands about the workforce. 

Work together with academic departments to support employer participation in the creation of curricula and opportunities for experiential learning.

Conduct leadership development programs to assist Fellows in adjusting to their new jobs with ease after training.

Plan and take part in networking events, job fairs, and industry gatherings.

Work together with the marketing and communication departments to publicize accomplishments, testimonies, and success stories.

In order to benefit companies and students alike, negotiate and organize partnerships and internship possibilities.

To ensure that partnership projects are appropriately tailored, stay up to date on industry developments, labor market demands, and changes in skill requirements. 

Carry out the training programs' monitoring, assessment, and learning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in employer relations, business development, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of industry trends, workforce needs, and employer expectations.

Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with educational institutions or workforce development programs is advantageous.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
