Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct multi-jurisdictional initiatives from start to finish. • Organise with international external partners and cross-functional teams. • Create and oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk analyses. • Make sure all operating jurisdictions are in conformity with regulations. • Boost supply chain and logistics effectiveness to guarantee smooth project execution. • Manage external audit procedures and carry out quality inspections. • Determine areas for improvement and put project management best practices into action.

Requirements

• Expeditor and accelerating abilities • Knowledge of project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certifications • Knowledge of inspection and expertise in overseeing quality control procedures • Skills in logistics management with an emphasis on supply chain optimisation • Excellent leadership and organising abilities • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Experience in the precious metals business is preferred, as is the capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively. • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a similar discipline
