The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most important clients. This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. The Key Account Specialist collaborates with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure that the client’s needs are consistently met.
1. Maintain relationships with key accounts; Telefonika, Franco, Compu Ghana, Melcom etc
2. Develop new business with key accounts
3. Identify and resolve issues with key accounts
4. Prepare reports on key accounts activity
5. Provide input on strategic decisions regarding key accounts
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sales strategies and customer retention techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3 years and above experience
