Overview

The Marketing Supervisor (BTL - Below The Line) is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all below-the-line marketing strategies and activities. This includes direct marketing, promotions, events, and experiential marketing efforts that drive consumer engagement and brand awareness. The role involves managing and optimizing campaigns that target specific customer segments, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

1. Collection and preparation of nationwide Billboards, shop heads applications and submission of fixing reports.
2. Collection and preparation of nationwide SAV’S/STICKER applications measurements and submitting fixing reports.
3. Training & monitoring of marketing executives on in-shop branding and applying for changes where necessary.
4. Gathering of competitive market intelligence and advising Management on the way forward.
5. Liaising with government agencies for activation promotion permits, signage permit etc.
6. Distribution of Brand materials to regions (Tape, billboard, stickers, Gift box, experience tables etc.)
7. Liaise with marketing executives to enhance dealer relationship and market share.
8. Monitor uploads of daily plan & timely market reports by all marketing staff.
9. Reviewing all marketing applications, reports and submitting for approval.
10. Taking territorial shop heads and fixing supervision.
11. Checking on conditions of in-shop branding and making changes where necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in below-the-line marketing or event management
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze campaign results and optimize strategies accordingly
• Experience with managing promotional campaigns, trade shows, or events
• Knowledge of BTL marketing tools and techniques
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and vendors
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools
• 3 years and above experience
