Overview

A Channel Supervisor oversees the performance and management of sales channels to ensure efficient distribution and growth of a company’s products or services. They are responsible for coordinating with channel partners, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets

Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement customer presentations, and communicate channel activities.
2. Create plans for growing market share.
3. Convince Distributors to import more against their monthly targets
4. Monitor stock level of Major Dealers and Sub Dealers and Key Accounts to ensure constant stock available on key models
5. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report about activities.
6. Update company with competitor products and problems.
7. Weekly follow up on model coverage

Requirements

• Proven experience in channel sales, distribution, or retail management.
• 3 years and above experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive performance
• In-depth understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
