The office facilities manager is in charge of making sure the compound and office buildings run well and are maintained. This include managing generator maintenance, fixing and maintaining the office structure, and making sure all amenities are operating at peak efficiency to promote a productive workplace.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office buildings, making sure that every space is kept up and ready for use.
• To guarantee a steady supply of power, plan and oversee routine genset (generator) servicing and maintenance.
• Any damaged or broken portions of the office building should be fixed right away.
• To find and fix maintenance problems, do routine inspections of the office space.
• Oversee office remodelling and reorganisation projects, making sure they are finished on schedule and successfully.
• To guarantee constant availability, keep an eye on and oversee utility services like internet, water, and power.
• Make sure that all office-related expenses, such as rent, maintenance fees, and utilities, are paid on time.
• Keep thorough records of all payments and costs pertaining to the facility.
• Verify that the workplace conforms with health and safety standards.
• Execute and uphold safety procedures, such as evacuation plans and emergency protocols.
• To make sure that safety procedures are adequate, conduct routine safety inspections.
• To meet their facility-related demands, collaborate with other departments.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment to guarantee their availability and proper operation.
• As needed, help with additional office administration tasks.
• Create and oversee the budget for facility upkeep.

• Bachelor's degree or HND from an accredited university.
• One to three years of demonstrated expertise in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar discipline.
• Strong familiarity with safety rules, maintenance techniques, and building systems.
