Overview

To effectively serve educators, students, and institutions, this position requires knowledge of education, technology, and administration. The specialist will offer training, technical support, and administrative assistance to guarantee the smooth implementation of cutting-edge technology and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Help create, carry out, and support STEM, robotics, and artificial intelligence educational initiatives in classrooms, training facilities, and workshops.
• Create and modify program materials, such as lesson plans, instructional manuals, and project-based learning exercises specifically suited to robotics and STEM.
• Lead interactive seminars, webinars, and training sessions for educators and students on robotics programming, artificial intelligence, and STEM technologies.
• Give teachers and students technical assistance when they use coding platforms, robotics kits, artificial intelligence tools, and other similar technology.
• To reduce interruptions during program deployment, troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Make sure that resources like robotics kits, simulation software, and coding platforms are configured and operating correctly.
• Oversee program schedules, plan meetings, and react to emails from educators, schools, and other interested parties.
• Keep thorough records of all program participation, training sessions, and comments.
• Create thorough reports on the effectiveness of the program, keeping track of variables including impact evaluations, learning outcomes, and participation rates.
• To evaluate the success of STEM and robotics programs, get input from institutions, teachers, and students.
• Examine how AI and robotics technologies are being used in classrooms, assess their effects, and suggest ways to make them better.
• Create monitoring and assessment reports that highlight accomplishments and potential improvement areas for stakeholders.
• To advance STEM, robotics, and artificial intelligence initiatives, cultivate and preserve connections with educational institutions, associations, and other partners.
• Encourage student participation and the display of creative solutions by supporting events such as hackathons, robotics competitions, and STEM fairs.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, education, or a similar discipline.
• Two or more years of experience in technical training, STEM education, or a similar position.
• Familiarity with AI tools and robotics platforms (such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and LEGO Mindstorms).
• Knowledge of project-based learning approaches and learning management systems (LMS).
• Proficiency with other productivity products and the Microsoft Office Suite.
