Project Manager

Overview

Daily tasks related to expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management will fall within the purview of the project manager. They will supervise and guarantee that building projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct every stage of building projects, from the first planning to the final handover.
• Make certain that projects are finished on schedule, within budget, and within scope.
• Oversee and manage engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other interested parties.
• Make that safety regulations are being followed by conducting routine site inspections.

Requirements

• Expeditor and project management abilities
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as inspection and management experience
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capacity to multitask, prioritise, and fulfil deadlines
• familiarity with construction procedures and rules
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar discipline
