Overview

To join our team, we are looking for a highly driven marketing executive. Supporting and carrying out marketing initiatives, assisting in the development of brand awareness, lead generation, and client growth are all part of this job. To guarantee that campaigns are executed successfully across a variety of digital platforms, you will work directly with our account managers, project managers, and content producers.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Help create and carry out digital marketing campaigns using a variety of platforms, such as paid advertisements, social media, and email. • Content Strategy & Execution: Assist in producing content to inform and engage our audience via blogs, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. • Performance tracking and reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer practical advice to improve tactics and boost return on investment. • SEO & SEM: To increase traffic and lead generation, use on-page and off-page SEO best practices and support search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives. • Social Media Management: Assist in organising, scheduling, and keeping an eye on social media interactions and posts in order to increase company visibility and followers on sites like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Creative & Branding: Work together with the design team to make sure that marketing materials appeal to the target market and follow brand rules. • Lead generation: Through campaigns, relationship-building activities, and research, assist in locating and focussing on possible leads. • Client Communication: Assist account managers in keeping clients informed and insightful about the effectiveness of their campaigns. • Market research: To remain abreast of trends and acquire information that guides marketing strategy, analyse competitors and the industry.

Requirements

• Experience: at least two years in social media, digital marketing, or a similar field. It is advantageous to have prior experience working in marketing for a digital agency. • Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEM tools, and SEO platforms. • Creative Skills: Excellent content writing abilities, including social media, email marketing, and advertisement authoring. • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and insight-based marketing and strategy improvement. • Communication: Strong written and vocal communication abilities for interacting with team members and clients. • Adaptability: The capacity to handle several projects at once and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. • Team Player: Capable of working with cross-functional teams to carry out marketing goals and having a collaborative approach.
