You will be in charge of accelerating the company's growth as the Growth Manager by determining and carrying out strategic initiatives that grow our user base, improve retention, and raise total revenue. Working together with the marketing, product, and customer success teams, you will guarantee a unified approach that speeds up the market penetration and acceptance of our product.
• Development of Growth Strategies: Create and carry out growth plans for a variety of platforms, such as user acquisition, retention, and monetisation. • Data-Driven Decisions: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), find growth prospects, and continuously improve tactics to achieve business objectives by utilising data and analytics. • A/B Testing & Optimisation: To increase user engagement, retention, and conversion rates, conduct experiments, A/B tests, and marketing campaign optimisation. • Customer Journey Mapping: Improve the customer journey from onboarding to sustained engagement by collaborating with the product and customer success teams. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: To develop unified growth objectives, work with the product, marketing, and customer success teams. • Growth Channel Management: Oversee and improve a range of growth channels, like as partnerships, email marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising (like Google Ads and Facebook). • Market Expansion: To increase the reach, find and test new growth avenues, regions, and collaborations. • Revenue Growth: Focus on tactics like pricing, upselling, and conversion tactics that have a direct impact on revenue generating.
• Demonstrated ability to drive user acquisition and revenue development in a growth-focused function (such as growth manager, marketing manager, or a comparable position). • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid advertisements, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. • Proficiency in data-driven marketing tactics and growth hacking techniques. • Well-versed in analytics software (such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.) and at ease using data to inform choices. • The ability to optimise campaigns using data insights and conduct A/B tests. • Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to work with people from different teams. • Experience in the SaaS or fintech sectors is advantageous. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to operate autonomously in a hectic startup setting.
