Overview

To join our vibrant team, we are looking for a results-oriented and innovative Digital Marketing Officer. In order to effectively market our brand and assets, the Digital Marketing Officer will be crucial in improving our online presence, producing eye-catching visual content, and overseeing many digital channels.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Create eye-catching and captivating graphic content, such as infographics, movies, and pictures, to highlight our properties and make important points clear to our intended audience. 
Work together with the marketing team to produce content that is consistent with our marketing goals and brand identity. 
Social Media Management: Oversee and uphold the online presence of our business on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, among other social media sites.

Create and schedule engaging posts, interact with followers, and monitor social media trends to optimize engagement and reach.

Digital advertising: To increase traffic and lead generation, plan and carry out digital advertising campaigns on several platforms, such as social media ads, Google Ads, and display advertising. 
To optimize ROI, track campaign success, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments. 
Conventional Marketing:  Exhibit expertise in conventional marketing methods and approaches in conjunction with digital marketing initiatives. 
Work together with the marketing team to include conventional marketing strategies into all-encompassing marketing campaigns, such as print, radio, and television commercials. 
Support the creation and implementation of conventional marketing campaigns to successfully reach target markets and increase engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with diverse audiences.

 Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

       Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make informed marketing decisions.
