Overview

To assist with the creation and implementation of a range of programs, we are looking for a motivated and well-organised programs manager. For someone who is enthusiastic about digital creativity and wants to get experience in program management and writer assistance, this entry-level position is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Help in the creation, organisation, and implementation of a variety of initiatives, such as challenges, webinars, workshops, and mentorship programs. • Create and manage program budgets, schedules, and timelines. • Work together with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, community, etc.) to make sure the program is in line with the overarching objectives of the brand. • Act as the program participants' main point of contact, answering their questions and offering assistance. • Oversee the onboarding, selection, and recruiting of participants. • Track the development and involvement of participants over the course of the program. • Encourage a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for participants. • Work together with the development team to guarantee that program-related content is properly highlighted and advertised. • Encourage the production and selection of top-notch material for program participants and the general public. • Keep up-to-date databases and records of program participants and activities. • To monitor success and pinpoint areas for improvement, create reports and examine program data. • Organise the logistics of both online and live events, if any. • Create and distribute communications to stakeholders, program participants, and the general public. • Help with social media account management and other program-related communication channels. • Provide content for updates, newsletters, and marketing materials for the program.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant profession, such as project management, marketing, education, communications, or a similar discipline • One to three years of professional experience, ideally in event management, program coordinating, or similar roles • Outstanding time-management and organising abilities • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking • The capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced group. • Enthusiasm for building a vibrant online community and helping creators. • English proficiency
