Sales Officer

Overview

In order to fuel corporate growth, the sales officer will be in charge of engaging with customers, promoting and selling the company's products, and establishing enduring relationships. Going on rounds to maintain client accounts, collect payments, and market products are all part of the job. The ideal applicant should be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to operate a motorbike well in order to carry out their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in active marketing and sales of the company's goods to both current and prospective clients. • Make frequent visits to establishments and clients to guarantee dependable and successful product demonstrations. • Find and seize new business opportunities, such as growing the clientele and boosting revenue. • To increase repeat business and consumer loyalty, cultivate and preserve great relationships with your clients. • Verify customer satisfaction with goods and services on a regular basis. • To help guide sales strategy, collect data on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback. • Observe new market trends and opportunities that may be advantageous to your company. • Follow up with clients on a regular basis to collect payments and make sure that unpaid debts are settled on time. • Keep thorough records of all client payments, making sure that all invoices and receipts are properly recorded. • Keep an eye on client accounts and spot any possible late or troublesome payments. • Help resolve customer complaints and, if required, escalate payment issues to management.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred. • at least one to two years of sales experience, ideally in distribution, retail, or a similar field. • It is advantageous to have prior debt collection experience. • It is necessary to have experience riding a motorbike for field work.
