As the head of sales, you will manage and guide a variety of sales teams, such as CSRs, inbound and outbound sales teams, and sales agents, in order to spur expansion and meet challenging sales goals. In addition to providing vision, motivation, and operational excellence, this position calls for a strategic leader who can cultivate a culture of high performance.
• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee several sales teams while fostering individual and group success through performance management, coaching, and training. • Strategic Planning: Create and implement all-encompassing sales plans to meet and surpass organisational revenue goals. • Stakeholder Engagement: To ensure long-term business prospects, cultivate solid bonds with important stakeholders, clients, and partners. • Performance monitoring: Keep tabs on and evaluate sales activity, team performance, market trends, and competition insights. Use the information to guide strategic choices. • CRM Management: For precise reporting and efficient pipeline management, make sure all sales activities are effectively recorded, monitored, and controlled in HubSpot CRM. • Represent the Brand: Showcase our goods and bolster our brand presence by representing company at conferences, events, and industry exhibits. • Continuous Improvement: Use creative techniques to operations and sales to boost team productivity, customer happiness, and process enhancements.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Advanced leadership or sales credentials are preferred. • Experience: At least ten years of successful experience managing several sales teams as a head of sales or sales manager. • Leadership Skills: Proven capacity to guide, inspire, and encourage top-performing sales teams to meet and exceed goals. • Expertise in business development: solid foundation in managing stakeholder relationships and expanding businesses. • Analytical Skills: Expertise in CRM programs like HubSpot, with an emphasis on evaluating financial and sales data to make well-informed decisions. • Market knowledge is a thorough comprehension of the dynamics, trends, and actions of competitors in the market. • Communication: Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities to work well with groups and stakeholders.
