Estate and Transport Officer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee and care for the company's transportation fleet. • Oversee the upkeep and repairs of automobiles • Verify adherence to building and transportation laws and regulations. • Oversee the upkeep and repairs of the estate's facilities. • Create and execute policies for estate and transportation management. • Oversee and care for the building and other resources of the organisation. • Work along with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly. • Help your superior register and safeguard landed properties, including buildings and land.

Requirements

• Higher National Diploma in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering (HND) • Two to three years of experience in a similar industry, such as facilities management, fleet management, or transportation management • IT-savvy and adept at using Microsoft Office and other pertinent programs • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
