Overview

Responsibilities

• Organise and carry out extensive hiring campaigns for factory workers, such as warehouse employees, machine operators, and general labourers. • Make use of a range of recruitment channels, including walk-in recruitment events, labour agencies, job boards, and community recommendations. • Create and manage a strong database of pre-screened candidates to promptly address pressing staffing requirements. • To guarantee a consistent flow of applicants, cultivate close ties with regional labour organisations, civic leaders, and vocational training facilities. • Collaborate closely with HR personnel and production supervisors to comprehend labour requirements and modify hiring practices appropriately.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR software, and labor laws. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for liaising with candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to manage and motivate a recruitment team, ensuring efficiency and quality in hiring processes.
