The Sales Back Office Support staff will assist in the administrative and financial functions of the sales team. This role provides administrative support to sales team while leveraging accounting knowledge to manage financial tasks related to sales processes.
1. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to sales activities. 2. Conduct market research projects across all regions in Ghana and also across borders (some specific foreign countries). 3. Forecast market trends, research market to identify new opportunities and setting specific marketing goals. 4. Perform competitor product and selling price analysis 5. Responsible for planning sales and promotional activities with Distributor to improve and increase sales volumes 6. Responsible for discussing and negotiating with Distributor in regular meetings. 7. Build and maintain strong relationship with Distributors and dealers. 8. Provide support an act as liaison between internal teams and Distributors 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks. 10. Prepare regular report on market insight and trend analysis. 11. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Studies/Administration or a related field • Minimum of 3 years work experience Sales, Marketing, Business Development or similar role or industry • Fluent in French (both written and spoken). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
