Overview

The travel consultant will be in charge of booking bookings, coordinating travel plans, offering first-rate customer service, and making sure that customers have a smooth travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and activities based on client preferences and budgets. • Process travel documents such as visas, passports, and insurance as required. • Monitor travel schedules, update clients on any changes, and handle cancellations or rescheduling. • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and packages for clients. • Stay updated on travel trends, safety regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and reliable advice.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Travel Management and Consulting • Proficiency in organising and managing bookings for travel • Excellent organisational and attention to detail abilities in customer service • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Capacity to fulfil deadlines and perform successfully under pressure • proficiency with pertinent software and processes for booking travel • Prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous.
