Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate furniture design, production, and installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, and maintain high-quality standards across all operations.

Responsibilities

• From planning to completion, supervise and manage every phase of real estate and construction projects. • Create resource plans, budgets, and project schedules to guarantee effective execution and delivery within the project's parameters. • To make sure every part of the project is proceeding as planned, coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, and internal teams. • Verify adherence to construction requirements, environmental standards, and safety laws. • Determine and fix any problems that come up along the course of the project. • Create frequent reports on project progress, budget, and schedules for top management. • Oversee customer relationships by maintaining open lines of communication and going above and beyond. • Conduct project meetings and make sure everyone on the team is informed and on the same page. • To keep projects on schedule, track project performance and take remedial action as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, project management, or a similar discipline. • Five years or more of project management experience in the building and real estate industries. • A track record of effectively overseeing major real estate and construction projects. • Strong familiarity with best practices, materials, and building techniques. • Outstanding communication, negotiating, and leadership abilities. • The capacity to fulfil deadlines and work under duress. • Thorough knowledge of contracts, schedules, and finances. • A PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
