Dispatch Rider

Overview

The dispatch rider will arrange transportation, inventory stock, and verify orders before delivering goods to clients. The dispatch rider will be in charge of both inside and outdoor deliveries, as well as the sending and retrieving of big objects, materials, parcels, and formal documents as needed.

Responsibilities

The job description for a dispatch rider should list a range of duties and responsibilities, such as:
Provides notice of item availability, shipping date and method, and current status to customers and responds to their inquiries. 
Accountable for getting in touch with clients to confirm delivery addresses. 
In charge of gathering goods and delivering them to clients on schedule and safely. 
In charge of obtaining payment for purchased goods upon delivery to the client.

Requirements

A Secondary School Leaving Certificate at least.
Demonstrate able experience as a dispatch rider or in a related role while holding a valid motorbike license. 
Knowledge about pertinent routes.
