Daily duties related to construction project management, budgeting, project coordination, and construction project management will be supervised by the construction project manager.
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. • Coordinating resources, labor, and materials effectively. • Preparing and managing the project budget. • Monitoring costs and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints. • Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors, architects, and construction crews. • Motivating the team and resolving conflicts as they arise. • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. • Monitoring safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Serving as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and stakeholders. • Providing regular updates on project progress, changes, and challenges. • Ensuring that the construction work meets design specifications and quality standards. • Conducting inspections and addressing defects or discrepancies promptly.
