We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-focused Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and the ability to convert insights into practical recommendations.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources such as marketing campaigns, website traffic, customer interactions, and sales outcomes. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media analytics to track key performance indicators. • Market Research: Conduct research to understand current market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Identify new market opportunities and assess potential risks. • Campaign Performance: Evaluate marketing campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement. Track ROI to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives. • Reporting and Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to share findings with key stakeholders. Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for the marketing team. • Strategy Support: Work with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Assist with customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning to optimize campaign effectiveness. • Technology and Tools: Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to process and present data. Stay informed on the latest tools and techniques to enhance data analysis and reporting. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing activities with broader business goals. Provide data-backed recommendations for content, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field. A proven track record of leveraging data to enhance marketing strategies and outcomes. • Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Attributes: Detail-oriented with a focus on precision. Proactive and results-focused mindset. Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
