HR Support Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will assist with daily HR functions, support recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Help draft and post job advertisements. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation. • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and training hours. • HR Administration: Coordinate employee training sessions and monitor attendance. Assist with payroll processing by providing necessary data (e.g., absences, leave). Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. • Compliance: Ensure HR activities align with labor laws and company policies. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee welfare activities and events. Act as a contact for employee concerns and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in an HR support or administrative role. • Solid understanding of HR processes and labor laws. • Proficiency in HR software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
