We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Acquisition Personnel to join our dynamic team.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective leads through networking, online research, and referrals. • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations, customized to meet the needs of potential clients. • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to establish trust and promote long-term partnerships. • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and monitor competitor activities to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement. • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment of strategies and leverage marketing campaigns to enhance sales efforts. • Reporting: Track sales activities, update pipeline statuses, and report performance metrics to management.
• Minimum Qualifications: o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. o Proven track record in sales and lead generation. o Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Experience: o At least 3 years of relevant experience. Skills: • Experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar field. Customer care experience is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
