As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling our company's expansion. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will spearhead efforts to engage potential clients, imparting knowledge about the company and innovative solutions, with a primary emphasis on lead qualification and broadening the sales pipeline. Serving as the primary link between marketing and sales, you will spearhead field marketing endeavors, oversee events and day-to-day marketing ventures, and collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Customer Success teams. Your role will be pivotal in taking ownership of and driving our strategic initiatives aimed at engaging and nurturing key accounts, ensuring a targeted and impactful approach to optimize business growth.
- Develop a marketing campaign plan tailored to specific regions in alignment with the regional sales strategy.
- Organize and manage both online and offline events to generate new sales prospects, expedite existing ones, and strengthen customer connections.
- Evaluate potential sponsorship or partnership opportunities at events and conferences.
- Strategize and implement effective marketing programs that correspond with sales priorities to enhance sales outcomes and maximize effectiveness.
- Establish objectives and metrics for marketing campaigns, and monitor and analyze their outcomes.
- Provide assistance to sales teams by actively participating in meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Maintain detailed customer profiles to synchronize marketing and sales strategies.
- Assess opportunities for demand generation from third-party partners.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B field marketing within the SaaS or Enterprise software sectors.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proven track record in event management, demonstrating the capacity to plan, execute, and optimize successful events aligned with organizational goals.
- Ability to refine marketing programs based on performance metrics and feedback from sales teams.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
