Overview

A Direct Sales Supervisor oversees and manages a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Their responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing sales strategies, providing support and training for sales staff, and ensuring the team achieves their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hire and oversee mobile agents to build and expand companies in certain areas. • Give technical input about activation-related problems. • Report to the regional manager or direct salesperson. • Make that BTL operations are completed on time, and report on the outcomes. • Create a monthly BTL and activation schedule and carry it out appropriately. • Determine market potential for business and activation. • It is your responsibility to make sure the team is properly branded. • Find Activation Points for Recruits • The final Friday of each (current) month is when the monthly itinerary is prepared and submitted. • Before entering the field or market, prepare your daily itinerary and transmit the daily visitation tracker. • Have team meetings every morning to coordinate the day's strategy.

Requirements

• A Higher National Diploma (HND) in a comparable business discipline or a university degree with a marketing concentration from an accredited university. • Two (2) years or more of experience in a sales and distribution position, with a preference for FMCG operations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other IT software. • It is crucial to be able to speak and write in English with clarity and conciseness. • Strong time-management and organising abilities • Strong reporting and execution abilities. • Must possess a valid driving licence and a spotless driving record.
