Overview

Are you a self-reliant sales training facilitator seeking to collaborate with a well-established sales methodology integrated throughout an extensive and comprehensive range of training programs? We are searching for vibrant individuals proficient in training facilitation, with a background in delivering compelling learning experiences within industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, or professional services.

Responsibilities

- Enhance client transformation and outcomes through the delivery of top-tier programming.

- Project manage client engagements to ensure flawless execution, tailored design, and timely and budget-compliant delivery of all details.

- Develop expertise in intellectual property (IP) knowledge and serve as a resource for others as an IP specialist.

- Attain expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client feedback on program effectiveness and facilitation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to represent client interests, leveraging project management, development, content, and technology resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Assist in sales initiatives or large-scale projects as required.

- Provide feedback to sales, product development, marketing, and client success teams as necessary.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

- Previous experience in training facilitation with strong recommendations.

- Demonstrated track record in sales or leadership roles within sales teams.

- Exceptional group facilitation and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and contemporary collaboration tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication aptitude.

- Familiarity with instructional design principles.

- Ability to engage effectively with individuals at various levels of leadership and within different organizational tiers.

- Capacity to quickly familiarize oneself with specific industries and companies.

- Openness to receiving coaching and feedback.

- Willingness to undertake extensive domestic travel and potentially international travel.

- Convenient accessibility to a major airport.

- Availability and interest in conducting training sessions ranging from 2 to 10 days per month (excluding travel), contingent upon demand.
