Your responsibility involves supporting the Discovery Team and contributing to the expansion of our book reviewer community. Throughout your internship, you will gain insights into marketing automation, email outreach, conversion optimization, and community development.

Responsibilities

- Generate innovative ideas for expanding our book reviewer community in a sustainable manner.

- Utilize various acquisition tools and methods to identify book reviewers and obtain their contact information.

- Manage automated email campaigns efficiently.

- Craft compelling email content capable of persuading individuals to become Discovery reviewers.

- Assess applications from potential book reviewers.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new reviewers joining Discovery.

Requirements

- Proficient in identifying target audiences and executing marketing campaigns to reach them.

- Possess analytical abilities and a solid grasp of basic statistics, particularly in Google Sheets.

- Skilled in customer interaction and engagement.

- Demonstrated aptitude in written communication.

- Native proficiency in the English language.
